Truffle Dress in Turquoise Gauze

Completed the Truffle Dress finally!!!!!! Even the horses came to see this!!!!!
Years ago I saw this dress in Colette's Sewing Handbook https://www.colettepatterns.com/‎ and I fell in love with it.
Sometimes it takes a long time to get something done, and this is just the wearable muslin!
My plan is to do this pattern in silk, of course, so it will have a nice drape.
I moved the zipper to the side because I hate back zippers that go all the way up - some days it's hard to reach up there!
I added sleeves from Nicola Dress from Victory Patterns www.victorypatterns.com/‎.
Oh YAH!!! Some new Blue shoes!!!!!
I lined it with a soft cotton. The Gauze has some stretch to it so the dress is not tight.

from circumstances in your day
the best therapy you can seek
is out there eating hay"
